What actually changes at commercial scale

Column footings, racking, and equipment pads put concentrated loads on a slab that a house never sees. Pier count and pier spacing follow the actual load path through the building, not a standard residential layout.

The middle of a large slab holds moisture longer than its perimeter does. Across a wide building that gradient shows up as differential movement within one continuous pour, which is why edge readings alone can miss what is happening.

Conditions that apply
- Coverage is strictly limited to the areas directly supported by the piers we install. It is never whole building coverage.
- A passed hydrostatic plumbing test is required within 60 days of installation to validate the slab warranty.
- Adverse drainage conditions are excluded. If water is being directed at the foundation, the warranty does not cover it.
- Qualifying coverage applies to settling greater than 3/4 inch in the piered areas.
We do not promise a return to original grade and we do not guarantee lift. What we commit to is the maximum practical level for your building and the load-bearing performance the piers actually reach.
