What it is

Wall Anchors

When a foundation wall bows or leans, it's almost always lateral soil pressure building up faster than the wall can resist. Wall anchors counteract that pressure directly, anchoring the wall against stable soil beyond the pressure zone so it stops moving and, in many cases, can be straightened gradually over time.

Installation process

How we install wall anchors

A clear path from inspection to finished work.

STEP 01

Inspection

Bowing or leaning severity is measured.

STEP 02

Anchor layout

Spacing is planned along the affected wall.

STEP 03

Installation

Anchors are placed through the wall to stable soil outside.

STEP 04

Tightening

The wall is stabilized and, where safe, straightened over time.

STEP 05

Finish

Documentation and warranty are provided.

"The mistake people make is treating a symptom as the problem. We diagnose why a foundation moved before we decide how to stabilize it, then stand behind the work with a warranty tied to what the piers actually reached."

Why QFR

The difference is in the diagnosis

Get several quotes and you'll see a wide range of prices. The gap isn't luck, it's whether the contractor finds the actual cause and stands behind the work.
