These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of qualityfoundationrepairaustin.com (the "Site"), operated by Quality Foundation Repair Austin ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site
The Site is provided for homeowners, real estate agents, and other visitors to learn about our services and request a free inspection or estimate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation.
Estimates and inspections
On-site inspections are free for homeowners. Real estate agents are charged for inspections, since the scope of an agent inspection differs from a homeowner inspection. A written estimate follows an on-site inspection and reflects the specific scope, access, and soil conditions found at your property; nothing on this Site is itself a binding quote.
Repairs and warranty
Foundation repairs stabilize a structure to its maximum practical level. We do not promise a return to original grade or a guaranteed lift. Warranty coverage on qualifying repairs is tiered by the load-bearing capacity (psi) reached at time of install: 8,000+ psi carries a lifetime transferable warranty, 5,000 to 8,000 psi carries a five-year warranty, and piers below 5,000 psi carry no warranty. Warranty coverage is voided by adverse drainage conditions, and slab warranties require a hydrostatic plumbing test completed within 60 days of repair. Full warranty terms are provided in your written estimate and contract.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Quality Foundation Repair Austin and may not be copied or reused without permission.
No warranty on site content
The Site is provided "as is." While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is free of error at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Foundation Repair Austin is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any warranty terms provided in a signed repair contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
