For slab foundations, coverage is tiered by the load-bearing pressure each pier reaches at the time of install. Piers reaching 8,000 psi or above carry a lifetime, transferable warranty. Piers reaching 5,000 to 8,000 psi carry a 5-year warranty. Piers below 5,000 psi are not warrantied. Pier and beam installations carry a five year warranty on workmanship and materials. All coverage is strictly limited to the areas directly supported by the piers we install.

What the warranty covers

Our warranties are strictly limited to the areas directly supported by the piers we install. They are never whole home coverage. Qualifying coverage applies to settling greater than 3/4 inch in the piered areas, at no cost to you.
